This 2-hour webinar will introduce government auditors to simple but powerful analytical tools used by Lean/Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints masters, including: the Strategic Compass, the 5 Focusing Steps, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, the 5 Whys, and Interference Diagramming.
