Eligibility
Participation in the Yellow Book Qualified Auditor Certificate (“program”) is open to individuals working in or supporting government audit functions. No prerequisites are required.
Program Requirements
To earn the Yellow Book Qualified Auditor Certificate, participants must:
- Complete the required coursework (80 or more CPE hours).
- Pass the comprehensive final exam.
- Agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Renewal
To maintain the certificate, participants must:
- Complete 80 hours of governmental CPE every two years.
- Submit renewal documentation and fee by the stated renewal date.
CPE may be obtained from any qualified provider. YellowBook-CPE.com does not track or audit participants’ CPE. The certificate holder is fully responsible for honest reporting of CPE hours, and is responsible for the quality and suitability of the CPE hours reported.
Refund Policy
Because participants gain immediate access to downloadable materials, videos, and exam preparation resources, all program fees are non-refundable.
Ownership of Materials
All materials provided within the program are the intellectual property of YellowBook-CPE.com and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold.
Program Nature
The Yellow Book Qualified Auditor Certificate is a certificate program offered by YellowBook-CPE.com. It is not a certification, accreditation, or professional designation issued by any governmental or regulatory body.
Limitation of Liability
YellowBook-CPE.com is not responsible for:

Changes to Program
To comply with NASBA CPE standards, all YellowBook-CPE.com self-study courses are updated each year to stay current with audit standards and the latest in best practices in government auditing. As such, YellowBook-CPE.com may update course content, requirements, hours earned, or exam structure at any time to maintain relevance with Yellow Book standards.
