Leita makes auditing fun and easy. She converts the complex topics of auditing standards, internal controls, risk assessment, and report writing into information that professionals can absorb and use.

Leita is an experienced facilitator, having led over 1200 full or multi-day seminars. She has also keynoted numerous conferences and developed over 25 distinct courses and speeches. She was named an “Outstanding Presenter” by the Institute of Internal Auditors in 2014.

Leita is the founder of Yellowbook-CPE – a site for self-study courses for government auditors. She started her business in 1996.

Leita develops audit and CPA training curriculums for Walmart and Deloitte.

Leita is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelors in business administration. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Government Financial Manager, and Certified Government Audit Professional. She serves on the government conference planning committee the Texas Society of CPAs and is a member of the AICPA, TSCPA, IIA, and AGA.

She lives with her fishing obsessed husband and two beautiful tween daughters in Austin, Texas.

Chelsea enjoys keeping things organized so that Yellowbook-CPE.com runs smoothly and efficiently. She lives in Austin with her husband, who designs lighting for alt rock bands, and their two sweet dogs.
Carol LongmanCarol Longman, Accounting

Carol is a self-described nerd. Her days start with reading the comics, then seeing how many bank statements she can find to reconcile. Then she tries to find something to organize, like a pantry or silverware drawer. Then she looks for more accounts to reconcile. Life in Georgetown, Texas is quiet and she likes it.
DeAnn KiserDeAnn Kiser, Quality Control Reviewer

DeAnn is an experienced auditor and compliance officer. She devoted 28 years to working for the great State of Texas after 2 years in public accounting. She was a senior auditor and quality control reviewer at the State Auditors Office. She was the first Compliance Officer at the Texas Employees Retirement System where she developed processes, reporting systems and procedures to monitor compliance at the second largest retirement system in the state. She was also the Compliance Officer at the largest public education endowment fund in the US where she also developed and taught training for fraud awareness and ethics.

DeAnn graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelors in business administration. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Government Financial Manager. She is a member of the ACFE and AGA.

DeAnn is a book and travel lover. She loves to learn and challenge herself. She lives in Austin Texas with her husband of 32 years along with her two dogs.
